Every lodge and entrance has a park ranger who provides with the information to any questions visitors may ask. Visitors have to trust them because they are people who know a lot about the places in which they are immerse. Remember that before starting any excursion you must know what the weather will be; the conditions of the road, among other things. | ||||||||||

There are souvenier stands inside the park that are managed by the park. Besides they have Las Torres Hosteria, and Grey Hosteria (high season).

It is located in the extreme north edge of Toro Lake. Here visitors are asked to have an authorization to climb the Payne Peaks Range of Mountains and other hills of the Patagonian Andes. Fishing cards (credentials) are given to be used in the lakes and rivers. During October to April, visitors can have access to mail, public telephone, medical assistance and police service. It has an excellent visitors’ office center with a model which shows the places of interest, educative videos, a projection room and a wildlife lookout.
